We were completely reliant on Checkatrade to source us a trustworthy expert for our renovation project. We signed up and advertised our needs, but unfortunately, we were left abandoned at sea. Absolutely no one responded to us. The few quotes we did receive were unrealistic. To make matters even worse, their customer service was non-existent.
